Successfully implemented quality management practices in diverse segments such as textiles, electrical, paper etc.

Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai. Specialist in performance improvement initiatives. He has twenty years of managerial experience in industry, followed by ten years of consulting practice in the domain of operations. He followed this with two years in academics, teaching in MBA programs and conducting executive development programs in India, and in China. Starting his career in industry in 1979, he held positions of increasing responsibility with several leading organizations in India: in four of them, he successfully led transformational change with his innovative approaches. Progressively leveraging these skills, he took to consulting in the year 2000. As an independent consultant, he improved Productivity, Cash-flows and Profitability, improved Service Levels and reduced Field Complaints, unblocked Capacity, cracked Quality Problems and reduced Costs in manufacturing and other industries.
